The new year hasn’t even begun and we’ve already been promised new albums. Earlier this week, Offset hinted that his solo project would be released sooner rather than later. Then, Rihanna jumped in by noting that her next project could be coming in the new year. Not to mention, J. Cole said earlier this year the follow up to K.O.D would be coming in 2019. Above all else, there seemed to be a few subtle hints that a new project from Kendrick Lamar could be coming in the new year. With all of that being said, another artist has thrown his hat in to the ring for 2019. D.R.A.M appears confident that he will release a new project next year.

During a recent run on Twitter, D.R.A.M was asked by a fan when he would be releasing a new body of work. Not one to hesitate, D.R.A.M tweeted back that he would be dropping his next album in the upcoming year. D.R.A.M’s promise comes on the heels of his three track project from July called That’s A Girl’s Name. In addition, D.R.A.M has earned a role in the upcoming Adult Swim cartoon led by Boondocks collaborator, Carl Jones. To put it simply, D.R.A.M is going to have a very busy 2019 if he holds true to all of his promises.
