Drake is making his way back into the limelight. On Thursday, November 16, the Toronto native shared the release date for his forthcoming body of work, Scary Hours III. The third installment of his EP series is set to arrive on Friday, November 17, but there is no word as to who may appear on the project. However, Drake did reveal that Kevin Durant and Noel Cadastre would serve as executive producers.
“I’ll say this to you. I feel no need to appease anybody. I feel so confident about the body of work that I just dropped that I could go and disappear,” he said as footage of a dark-colored vehicle driving down a desolate road covered the screen.
“Ultimately, it’s coming to me in a way I haven’t experienced since If You’re Reading This [It’s Too Late]. It just kind of feels like I’m on drugs. I feel like I’m in that mental state without doing anything. Who am I to fight it?”
Drake is not only delivering a new project, but he’s also heading out on tour. On Monday, the OVO frontman teamed up with J. Cole to announce the “It’s All A Blur: Big As The What?” tour. Hours later, the duo returned to deliver the official “First Person Shooter” video. Now, he’s here to continue his run with the release of his fourth project in 18 months.
