Drake Bell and Josh Peck appear to have something new in the works. While speaking with an E! News reporter, Drake Bell teased a new project that he’s working on with his old co-star. He stated, “Josh and I have been talking. He’s come up with some cool ideas.” He later added, “I can’t really go into exactly what we’re doing, but it’s going to be really cool and exciting. I’m really excited to do it.”
When Bell began talking about his new project with Peck, fans immediately wanted to know if he would be interested in doing a reboot of their old show, Drake & Josh. Unfortunately, Bell instantly shot down any speculation of a reboot. Bell said, “Everywhere we go we get, ‘When’s the reboot? When’s the reboot? When are you guys coming back?'” He added that “neither of us want to do a reboot.”
Still, Drake Bell is very excited about their upcoming mystery project. Bell said, “I think we’ve come up with something that’s a little bit more creative and a little more exciting.” The Nickelodeon star didn’t go into detail about what they’re working on, but it’s sure to bring back all of the old feeling that their original series produced.
