With everything that has happened this year, it may be hard to believe that Drake’s Scorpion is only two years old. Still, fans are eagerly awaiting a new project from the Toronto superstar. For the last six months, he has continuously teased fans with unfinished records such as “Not Around” and “Slow Motion” featuring Usher. He even went as far as to release a project full of previously leaked music, Dark Lane Demo Tapes. Not to mention, he topped the charts with the “Toosie Slide” dance challenge. Now, he’s turned his attention to what we’re all waiting for, his next album.

Over the holiday weekend, the Grammy award winner teased fans with an update on his next project. He posted a picture of himself on his Instagram Story with the caption, “80%.” Given his track record, it’s hard to make out what an 80% finished album from him means. He has in the past said he’s in “album mode” only to make fans wait an entire year for another album. With all that’s going on, it’s nice to get any good news. While we wait, we can just enjoy the leaks we have so far.
