Brooklyn-bred rapper DonMonique drops off her first song of 2020 “Givin Body.”
Her last project Black Kate Moss debuted back in 2018 and since then DonMonique has paced herself. ‘Givin Body” marks her first single release since “30 Block” from the aforementioned project. Although it has been almost two years since, DonMonique has not lost her signature clever style.
On “Givin Body”, DonMonique brings confident energy, infectious to anyone who listens to the song. A clip went viral featuring the song, ultimately leading to the release. “Givin Body” draws inspiration from Beyonce’s “Get Me Bodied”, flipping the dance track into a hip-hop banger.

DonMonique fans can catch her on stage at Rolling Loud Portugal this upcoming summer, her debut on the festival’s stage.
