Donald Trump has been trolling the America since entering the presidential race. Spouting out hateful rhetoric, yet, bringing forth conversations normally spoken in private, out in public. In turn, the closet racists, anti-semitics, bigots, and all the words that categorize someone as a scumbag.
In pushing the limits Trump managed to jump off the ledge with the proposal to ban all Muslims from entering America. This plan has now garnered much debate and even folks from the right have questioned the sanity of this man. And because of the is proposed ban, White House press secretary Josh Earnest made a statement, on Tuesday, that seized the eyes and ears of social media.
“The fact is what Donald Trump said yesterday disqualifies him from serving as president.”
Earnest noted that every president must take an oath to “preserve, protect and defend” the U.S. Constitution, and thus, stated, Trump would not qualify.
The press secretary also made it a point to say: “for Republican candidates for president to stand by their pledge to support Mr. Trump, that in and of itself is disqualifying,” he said. “The question now is about the rest of the Republican Party and whether or not they’re going to be dragged into the dustbin of history with him. And right now the current trajectory is not very good,” he continued.
