Following taunts on social media, Don Q delivered a solid diss rap against Tory Lanez. The title I’m Not Joyner makes light of the Tory Lanez and Joyner Lucas 2018 rap beef. While against Joyner Lucas, Tory Lanez had Ohio rapper Trippie Redd on his side. Don Q raps “It’s just me, I don’t need Boogie to help out.”
Both artists seem to be geared up for battle.
While Tory Lanez makes claims of his capability to “body any rapper”, Don Q responded with warnings that it could get ugly. Don Q alleges Tory Lanez stole his lyrics, his flow and even the dad hat style. The diss shows Tory Lanez respect for writing his own raps but makes clear that Don Q is not for play.
