Blake Griffin has missed the Clippers last 11 games because of a staph infection in his right elbow and doesn’t appear to be making a return any time soon.
Clippers coach Doc Rivers says there is still no timetable for Blake Griffin (staph infection) to return.

Staph infections are really tough to determine how much time a player will miss, because they’re different depending on the person. Doctors want to make sure the infection is completely gone before they clear a player to resume playing, unlike a sprain in which a player can be cleared to play while dealing with pain.
Griffin will most likely be back before the end of the season, but the near future seems doubtful.
This coming week, the Clippers will face the Thunder, Rockets, and Mavericks, three teams Los Angeles is competing with for seeding position in the Western Conference.
