In a bizarre story, DMX is being investigated by Costa Mesa Police Department for an alleged sexual assault on a 25-year-old woman. CBSLA reports that X (real name Earl Simmons) had his watch stolen by this female acquaintance. Around 7 a.m. the cops were called because the two were arguing in front of hotel in Costa Mesa.
When police arrived Dark Man X told them that the woman stole his watch, estimated worth at $30k, and cash. She was arrested for grand theft and later posted bail. However, while in custody the woman claimed that the rapper sexually assaulted her.
TMZ, has reported that the watch was returned.
