DJ Khaled and John Legend honored Nipsey Hussle on Saturday Night Live this past weekend. DJ Khaled released his new album Father of Asahd Friday, and made a pit stop the next day on the late night show.
Right after performing with Meek Mill, Khaled stated, “Long live Nipsey Hussle. The marathon continues.” He and John Legend closed the season finale with a special tribute to Nipsey. The pair performed a short snippet of “Higher”.
Lil Wayne, Meek Mill, J Balvin, Big Sean, Jeremih, SZA, and Lil Baby who also performed on the show, joined the pair on stage towards the end of the performance.
