The streets asked for it and well it looks like the world famous DJ Clue is going to deliver.
For the past two months, DJ Clue has been teaming up with Fabolous to deliver a weekly #FridayNightFreestyle and the two have yet to miss.
Well that sparked something within various NYC artist like Jadakiss, Styles P, Lloyd Banks, Tony Yayo & even new comer Dave East who paid homage to the legendary Lox with his ‘L.O.X’ song. Regardless if you are a fan of any of these artist you have to appreciate them bringing rap back to the essence.
To my surprise and many alike for the most part, news has hit the e-streets that DJ Clue is indeed releasing a mixtape. ‘Live From The 7 One Eight’. One freestyle in particular that sparked this news was from Ransom as he dropped ‘The Commission Freestyle‘ – expected to be on the tape – and thanks to Slyde Music App we get a release date.
Dropping May 5th ‘Live From The 7 One Eight’ will be downloadable exclusively through the Slyde App which is available in the Apple App Store and Andriod Google Play..
