Die, My Love, a highly anticipated drama feature starring Jennifer Lawrence and Robert Pattinson, is reportedly scheduled for a wide release beginning November 7, 2025. The Lynne Ramsay-directed picture follows “a mother in rural America, battling with psychosis as it takes a toll on her husband.” It debuted at the Cannes Film Festival in May and received a six-minute standing ovation.
“Die, My Love is a surreal, intense and sometimes darkly hilarious exploration of postpartum depression – although it does seem for a time as it’s going to be a lot more besides,” Nicolas Barber of BBC.com wrote.
“America knows very well how good Jennifer Lawrence can be, and this could well mean a fifth Oscar nomination if it lands in savvy hands. It could also be the film that takes Ramsay into the next stage of her career,” Damon Wise of Deadline adds.
Die, My Love will also star LaKeith Stanfield, Sissy Spacek and Nick Nolte. It is inspired by Ariana Harwicz’s novel of the same, and Lawrence, Martin Scorsese, Molly Smith, Trent Luckinbill, Thad Luckinbill, Andrea Calderwood, and Justine Ciarrocchi are credited as producers.
