Rose and the Bulls beat the Bucks on Monday night 87-71. It was one of Rose’s worst career shooting performances (1-for-13 from the field).
Rose’s right knee is the same one that suffered a torn meniscus last season.
The Bulls add that surgery will be scheduled for Derrick Rose after which a timeline for his return will be determined.

It is unfortunately fair to assume that they’ll be without Rose for the rest of the season.
The last several years have been a consistent track of injuries and surgeries for the former MVP. He may not have been able to replicate his MVP play this season, but his presence on the floor is just as valuable to the Bulls. Rose was averaging 18.4 points and 5 assists in 46 games for the Bulls this season after returning from his previous knee injury.
