
The Denver Nuggets announced on Thursday that a member of the organization has tested positive for the coronavirus and remains in self-isolation under the care of the team medical staff. The person was tested on Monday after presenting symptoms consistent with the illness.

The Nuggets become the fourth team in the NBA to report a positive test for COVID-19 in the past week. The Utah Jazz was the first team with two cases in Rudy Gobert and Donovan Mitchell. After these tests were confirmed the NBA decided to suspend the season.
The Detroit Pistons announced on the weekend about Christian Wood being positive for the virus, and most recently the Brooklyn Nets presented four players, Kevin Durant amongst them, with positive tests.
