Last week, the NBA announced the full starting lineups for the 2016 NBA All-Star Game. Some players, like Pau Gasol and Zaza Pachulia, were close to getting into the All-Star game as starters and missed by one solid Justin Bieber tweet.
Thankfully, the starters that were announced were what most people expected to happen. Kobe Bryant and Stephen Curry led the way for the votes in the Western Conference and they were joined by Kawhi Leonard, Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook. LeBron James led the votes for the Eastern Conference and he’s joined in the starting lineup by Carmelo Anthony, Dwyane Wade, Kyle Lowry and Paul George. The 2016 NBA All-Star game will take place on Valentine’s Day this year but before we get to All-Star weekend, we have to pick the remainder of the players who will participate in the game.
