Deante Hitchcock teams up with J.I.D. for a new song “I Got Money Now.”
Preparing to release his debut album, Deante Hitchcock sets the tone with “I Got Money Now.” Both rappers representing The Peach State spit bars on escaping brokeness boasting “Shut the fuck up, I got money now… Bitch.”
The track, produced by Brandon Phillips-Taylor is the perfect celebration song. Each verse is a testament to living through the bad days, and maintaining the confidence to power through to the good.
Still, Deante Hitchcock and J.I.D. both recognize that although their financial status has upgraded from sleeping with an open stove for heat, the grind must continue.
The album Better is expected in May and features big Atlanta energy with guests 6LACK and Young Nudy alongside J.I.D. Miguel is also set to appear, with 11 unnamed tracks listed. Back in February 2019, Deante Hitchcock joined J.I.D. on the second leg of his ‘Catch Me If You Can’ tour.
