Henny for the pain and long days.
Just this past Friday, October 2nd, Dave East released his highly anticipated follow up to his successful project ‘Black Rose‘, ‘Hate Me Now’. With releasing the project East received his first ‘Gangsta Grillz’ and everybody doesn’t get that stamp of approval from DJ Drama, so you know you have to pay attention now.
Hate Me Now features some elite artist from Jadakiss and Styles P to Nas, Pusha T, Tray Pizzy and more. There’s quite a few stand out records, but none match the emotion of ‘Numb’ and the outro ‘I’ll Do Anything’. East teamed up with Joe Puma to bring us a visual to, ‘Numb’, which speaks on all of his loses in his life due to death from friends to family. Check out the video above which also serves as a tribute to his cousin, Malik Carter.
You can grab Hate Me Now on Datpiff, but more importantly, you can support the project on iTunes.
