Gangsta Grillz you bastards!
I know what you guys are thinking, “Isn’t Hate Me Now supposed to drop tomorrow?” Yes but as Dave East has posted, this is for all his real ones (this is the short version to what he actually said). So today we were treated to a free version to Hate Me Now via DatPiff and then tomorrow we get the official iTunes version to download.
This was a dope gesture for East and his camp to do. The road leading up to ‘Hate Me Now’ has been nothing but smooth sailing. We have heard countless records (Get Ya Mind Right, Air It Out, Right, etc), seen a couple videos (No Coachella For Me, The Offering), received two projects (Black Rose, Straight Outta Harlem) and everything has been of great quality.
At this juncture, the Mass Appeal artist reigning from Harlem is showing off now. This is like his victory lap. I say this because in my opinion he hasn’t missed yet on any songs or guest features, If I’m lying then I’m dying..
Hate Me Now, as you can see is a Gangsta Grillz project hosted by DJ Drama which is pretty big deal for any artist. Filled with 20 tracks so get comfortable where ever you are and decide to listen because you will be in for a great experience. If that isn’t much for you to go off of then the features should help and these aren’t your ordinary features either, East is heavily cosigned. Having the likes of Nas, Rico Love, Pusha T, Styles P, Tray Pizzy, Jadakiss and Mack Wilds to bless your project with features, this is more than enough of a reason to press play.
Stream the project below and make sure you definitely head on over to iTunes to purchase when it is available tomorrow.
