Many familiar faces are returning for ‘Star Wars: Episode VII’ but don’t expect to see Darth Vader anytime soon.
In an interview with Variety, actor James Earl Jones who voiced the Sith lord, says he is not involved in the reboot of the franchise.
“I’ve got no illusions that I will or even hankerings to be in them, but I’m very proud to have been part of the original,” said Jones.
His former cast mates, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Peter Mayhew, Kenny Baker and Anthony Daniels are returning to reprise their roles however.
‘Star Wars: Episode VII’ is expected to hit theaters on December 18, 2015.
