Jacksonville Jaguars first round pick Dante Fowler was helped off the first in during the first day of mini camp. Jaguars beat writer Michael DiRocco broke the story while watching Jacksonville’s mini camp practice.

Fowler was matched up against former Georgia OL Watts Dantzler when he was hurt. Looked to fall awkwardly on left knee.

There has not been an official injury report yet following the incident. We will keep you updated when more information gets released. If Fowler were to be canned for the season it would be a huge blow for an improving team. Jacksonville passed on an opportunity to draft Amari Cooper and Leonard Williams in order to take Dante Fowler number three overall.
