Now bear with me. When I heard that an anonymous NBA GM said that he’d take 18 year old Australian Dante Exum… Over Wiggins, Parker and Randle… I was dumbfounded.
If the anonymous GM told me that, I would’ve said “Haha funny guy now seriously who would you take first…?”
But you know what? I did some digging and had a look at what this kid was all about. And you know what? I can see why he said it…

Now if you go on DraftExpress’ website (The people that made the video) on their homepage they have a Top 5 projection, and Dante Exum is number 3 (Wiggins 1, Parker 2, Randle 4)
Now I don’t know about you but when I look at stuff like this. Draft profiles, I watch it with one question in my head… “What player is he like?” And Exum said he models his game over Derrick Rose’s and I can see that. But when I watch Dante, I see Russell Westbrook.
The speed, the athleticism it’s uncanny! The only difference is shooting and strength.
But imagine if Dante puts on a solid 20-25 pounds… Man we got something here.
So the “Super Draft” got that much Super… Now we’ve got an international talent which is always interesting.
