Damian Lillard might think his Portland Trail Blazers team is bad right now but he still found the way to make the most out of the team’s recent road trip to New York.
While the Blazers face off with both the New York Knicks and Brooklyn Nets during their stay, Lillard made a familiar stop. Last year he went to the Shade 45 radio station and spoke with Sway as a guest on the ‘Sway in the Morning’ show. While there may be some doubters in his NBA talents, on that day Dame shut down just about every critic of his rapping talents. He made his mark as the best professional athlete rapper with a wild freestyle on Sway’s show. His debut album, ‘The Letter O’, further solidified his standing in that rare category.
During his recent stop, Dame brought along fellow Oakland mc’s Danny Sobrante and Brookfield Deuce to take in the show. Dame D.O.L.L.A. spit a freestyle and he also made a big announcement later that day.

While the news isn’t in the clip above, Lillard did take to twitter to announce that he would be creating a new record label. He formally announced the creation of ‘Front Page Music’.
