Free Agent Quarterback Colin Kaepernick has filed a collusion grievance against the NFL, if he is successful the entire CBA could be voided three years early. This was first reported by Mike Freeman of BleacherReport.
I am told that @Kaepernick7 has filed a grievance under the CBA for collusion against the owners. If accurate, this is huge.

According to sources close to Colin, say he is attempting to void the entire CBA early. There are two specific clauses that deal with collusion and early termination of the CBA.
Article 69, Section 2 of the CBA allows for the agreement to be terminated prematurely in the event of proof of collusion. Under Article 17, Section 16(c) of the CBA, termination can arise from only one incident of collusion involving only one player if there is clear and convincing evidence of a violation.
The results of this would be huge and historic. The CBA being voided early would mean the players have more leverage as the owners want them back on the field while also forcing the owners back to the bargaining table three-years earlier than expected.
There was talk of early CBA termination before, in 2015 Sean Gilbert tried to file a collusion grievance in relation to the funding rule and guaranteed contracts. Yet this never was proven and the grievance was never filed.
