“I’m all in here,”
Now that the buyout rumors have circulated through out the league, the Los Angeles Clippers seem like a team that would be interested in Kevin Garnett’s abilities. I see this making sense for 2 main reasons; Doc Rivers used to coach Kevin Garnett, Blake Griffin is out indefinitely due to an elbow injury. With Blake Griffin out for a month or so, and Glen Davis seemingly injured the Los Angeles Clippers will have to resort to Spencer Hawes as their starting power-forward and that wouldn’t go too well. Kevin Garnett, although can be washed up at times, he can definitely play defense and get on the glass sometimes.
So far all this is just speculation until a buyout actually happens. Who knows, the Brooklyn Nets are trying to ship out anyone they can, so maybe someone will trade for Kevin Garnett’s ridiculously large contract.
