Jamal Crawford caught fire in the fourth quarter, scoring 12 of his 24 points to help the Clippers come from behind and beat the Warriors 100-86.
The Clippers started off the game very slow, as they missed 16 straight field goal attempts, while only shooting 28% in the first half. Despite the low numbers, Los Angeles was only trailing by one at halftime.
LA would come out of the break on fire, going on a 13-3 run to gaining the advantage and momentum. After that, the closest Golden State would get on the scoreboard was within six, when they trailed 67-61 with just under four minutes left in the third quarter.
Jamal Crawford would then hit the dagger from the top of the arc with three minutes left in regulation to give the Clippers a 97-77 lead, on which they didn’t look back on.
After starting the season 22-3, the Warriors have lost three out their last five games. The 86 points is the lowest amount Golden State has scored in a game this season.
Both teams will return to action on Saturday as the Warriors host the Timberwolves and the Clippers host the Raptors.
