Preseason will be upon us straight after the World Cup and according to ESPN.com LeBron and the Cavs will begin preseason at home against Israeli club Maccabi Tel Aviv.
The Cavs will open their exhibition season Oct. 5 against Maccabi Tel Aviv, the Israeli club formerly led by new Cleveland coach David Blatt. It will be James’ first game with the Cavs since re-signing with the team last month as a free agent.
On Oct. 12, James and the Cavs will play the Heat in Rio de Janeiro. James won two NBA titles and went to the NBA Finals four straight seasons with the Heat.
Lets be real here. Everybody is going to mark October 12th on their calendar. Cleveland vs Miami on neutral ground? That’ll be a firecracker of a game.
