It seems like the last time we heard from Chrisette Michele, it was all due to her decision to perform at Donald Trump’s presidential inauguration. Doing just that and receiving plenty of backlash, Chrisette hasn’t let that move her away from her passion of music.
With Drake’s More Life being one of the most recent high-profile releases, there’s no real surprise that acts like Chrisette Michele have found inspiration in the tunes and have decided to put her own spin to it. Doing just that, the soulful singer selected Drake’s “Passionfruit” as the record that she would attach her vocals to. Making it all her own, the singer easily did the record justice as she glides over the mesmerizing production.
