In one of the more unique pairings in the music industry of recent memory, Joyner Lucas and Chris Brown have announced their plans join forces to release a new project called, Angels & Demons. On Sunday, the duo released a single for their joint called “Stranger Things”. The single, which comes equipped with a new video featuring the duo, displays Joyner and Brown’s full rapping ability. Needless to say, fans were extremely happy with the outcome of the duo’s efforts.

While the two make a unique pair, it’s by no means a surprising pairing. Last month, Lucas tweeted about his admiration for the singer’s rapping ability and Brown appeared to take the compliment in stride.

Along with a new song, fans of Joyner and Chris were also given the cover art for the upcoming Angels & Demons. For the time being, there is no official release date for the project, so fans will have to let this linger for the time being.

The announcement of this project comes after a huge year for both individually. In 2017, Lucas released his debut album, 508-507-2209, and caught fire with his controversial video for “I’m Not Racist”. During the same year, Brown released his longest album to date, Heartbreak on a Full Moon, that featured hit singles such as “Pills and Automobiles”. If their performances in 2017 are an indicator of their success in 2018, Angels & Demons will definitely be a project to look for in the near future.
