
The Kansas City Chiefs might have lost out on a starting safety and a backup quarterback but they did some work as 2016 free agency opened up for business.
The Chiefs re-signed star linebacker Tamba Hali and the players remaining with Kansas City alongside him are Derrick Johnson, Frank Zombo and Jaye Howard and they also signed offensive lineman Mitchell Schwartz, former Cleveland Browns offensive lineman, to a five-year deal.
