No Nenè, no problem.
With the man of the series out for game 4, it was a chance for Chicago to pull their shorts up and get some offense going.
But then Trevor Ariza happened. 30 points and 8 rebounds. Nobody saw that coming! Especially the Bulls.
All starters minus Trevor Booker were double figures in points. That was the gaping fact of this game and of this series. Washington has offense, Chicago don’t…
Major props to Taj Gibson. I’ve told all of you that he should be a starter in this league and the game high 32 points says it all. You can’t keep a guy like that on the bench. Sure he got 32 minutes and Boozer only got 24 but they need him at the tip off, setting the tone. There’s no point having him on the bench and bring him on when they’re already down by 10. Waste of talent.
But I digress. Washington are now up 3-1 and only need to seal up the series on Tuesday to face the winner of the Indiana-Hawks series.
START TAJ GIBSON!
