Following the announcement that the film would be premiering on November 15, Lifetime has teased ‘fans’ with a teaser to get excited.
Starring actress Alexandra Shipp as the fallen angel, Aaliyah: R&B Princess will chronicle Aaliyah’s rise to fame starting from her life as a young girl with big dreams. The movie will also include the moment she got her record deal and dig into her controversial relationship with R. Kelly. Her times with Missy Elliott and Timbaland will also be highlgted as well as her relationship with Dame Dash.
