Charles Barkley knows one thing about acting, just check out his IMDb page (I’m sure you weren’t aware that he had one). We all remember The Round Mound of Rebound playing himself, and an un talented version of himself in Space Jam.
Now Sir Charles is talking about a current NBA star and his new acting career. Speaking to CSN Bay Area about the NBA Finals, Barkley takes a shot at LeBron James and his new movie Trainwreck.
LeBron flat-out ran out of gas, Barkley said. “But you put two more All-Stars on that team, the Warriors still might have won, but I would have picked the Cavs if everyone was healthy.”
“LeBron should call this Trainwreck 2 because the Finals was Trainwreck 1.”
I get Barkley is trying to make a joke, but it’s a pretty bad one, like really bad. His joke is almost as bad as his golf swing. LeBron averaged 35.8 points, 13.3 rebounds, and 8.8 assists in the Finals, so I mean there’s really not much more he could have done.
Put it this way, Michael Jordan had a better supporting cast around him on the Toon Squad compared to what LeBron had in the playoffs this year.
