It is year two for Chandler Parsons in Memphis. He has appeared in 35 games for the Grizzlies, a number that is evidently unacceptable to fans. In Wednesday’s season opening win over the New Orleans Pelicans, Parsons endured a volley of booing while he was shooting (and missing) free throws.
Following the 103-91 win, Parsons let loose and called it as he saw it: tasteless.

Chandler Parsons only played 15 minutes in Wednesday’s game, scoring six points and grabbing four rebounds. All in all, it was a good first step for Parsons as he aims to realign his career. After leaving Houston for a big contract with the Mavericks, Parsons could not stay healthy. He left Dallas unceremoniously and signed with Memphis on a max contract.
