And we are back!
Chance The Rapper is, too. The Chicago native has unveiled the dates for his forthcoming tour, set to kick off in Houston, Texas, on September 26. The 15-date tour will make its way through Atlanta, Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, and several other cities before ending in Los Angeles, California, on October 20.
The tour is supported by the release of his forthcoming sophomore album, Star Line. Bouncing back from the release of The Big Day, Chance The Rapper’s latest body of work will hit streaming services on August 15, 2025. The project is expected to feature Lil’ Wayne, Smino, Joey Bada$$, Jamila Woods, and several others.
Chance The Rapper has been building towards the release of Star Line for several years. In the six years since the release of The Big Day, he’s dropped “BET Uncut” with Smino, “Bad Boys” with Joey Purp, “Wraith” with Vic Mensa, “Highs & Lows” with Joey Bada$$, and “Trees” with Lil’ Wayne. Not to mention, he’s dropped a series of solo records, co-founded the Black Star Line Festival, popped up at Lollapalooza, and even stopped by the National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ) Convention for an appearance on ESPN’s First Take.
