Chadwick Boseman has signed a five-picture deal with Marvel Studios!
It was announced earlier this week that Boseman will play the Black Panther in the Marvel Universe.
Boseman’s movie deal will begin in 2016 with Marvel’s Captain America: Civil War.
Following Captain America, a solo Black Panther film will be released in 2017 and his role will continue with the two-part Avengers: Infinity War.
The character of Black Panther is the superhero ego of T’Challa, the king of the fictional, technologically advanced African kingdom Wakanda.
The Black Panther is a long-time Avengers member and ally of the Fantastic Four.
Boseman was most recently seen starring in Get On Up as James Brown.
Captain America: Civil War will be released on May 6, 2016, with Black Panther releasing the following year on November 3, 2017.
