The Cleveland Cavaliers are making a serious push towards the NBA Finals and a big step possibly has been made at the trade deadline. The Cavaliers have reportedly made a deal to acquire Channing Frye from the Orlando Magic and they will be sending Anderson Varejao to the Portland Trail Blazers in a three-team deal.
Following from Sam Amick of USA Today.

Jared Cunningham will also go to Orlando from Cleveland in that deal, I'm told, but he's expected to be waived. Magic also get a 2nd rounder

Adrian Wojnarowski of The Vertical on Yahoo! Sports reports Varejao will likely be waived.

The Orlando Magic seemingly couldn’t find anything worth an immense amount of value for Frye so ending up with some second round picks and a young guard in Jared Cunningham but more importantly, if all goes according to plan in Orlando, they will have over $40 million available in cap room this summer.
The Cavs acquire their man in Channing Frye, a player they have been rumored to be interested in for a while now and the Blazers come out of it with a couple of picks in the deal for just taking in Varejao, a player they will end up releasing.
