Cavaliers Agree To Deal With Mike Miller
The Cleveland Cavaliers and Mike Miller have agreed to a two-year, $5.5 million contract with an option on the second year, as confirmed by Ken Berger of CBS Sports. Miller reportedly turned down deals worth more money from the Houston Rockets and Denver Nuggets in order to reunite with his former teammate LeBron James in Cleveland.
We know LeBron loves his shooters, and it’s always been important to flank him with three-point shooting to accommodate his driving and playmaking tendencies.
It’s still up in the air whether or not Ray Allen will follow suit and join the party, as he’s said it’s between retiring or playing with LeBron. Cleveland has one sniper down, and maybe still one more to go.
