Netflix and Konami have been on a rule with their new series, Castlevania. Recently, the series has been in promo mode with the release of the second season just days in the past. Thus far, the series has received high praise from fans and critics alike. With just two seasons under their belts, the team behind the series has earned an 89% rating from Rotten Tomatoes and 9.2 rating from IGN. In short, they’re killing it. With everything that has gone well for the series, it only makes sense to keep it going.
Netflix has ordered a ten episode third season of the show. While there is no release date yet, fans can rejoice knowing that their favorite show will be back sometime in the future. Also, fans can expect to hear from voice actors like James Callis, Emily Swallow, Matt Frewer, Tony Amendola and Alejandra Reynoso in third season. In addition, executive producers Kevin Kolde, Adi Shankar and Fred Seibert will be back for the show’s third season as well.
Luckily, Castelvania has fared better than other shows on Netflix in recent weeks. Last week, news broke that Netflix would not be bringing back fan favorite, Luke Cage, and the improved, Iron Fist.
