In just three years, New York’s Casanova has gone from unknown to the next big thing in New York Hip-Hop. Back in 2016, Casanova dropped his first big record, “Don’t Run”. Shortly thereafter, the New York MC started his own company, 2x Entertainment. In the following year, “Don’t Run” would get the remix treatment featuring New York’s best lyricist and 2x Entertainment partnered with Roc Nation. Since then, Casanova has been working hard to make the next step in his career. Over the last two years, Casanova has dropped Be Safe Tho and worked with everyone from DJ Premier to G Eazy. Most recently, Casanova dropped his Commissary project over the summer.
Today, Casanova came through with yet another project called Free At Last. His latest project is a collaboration with Grammy nominated producer, 30 Roc. The duo have come together to release the project’s lead single, “2 A.M.”, which features Tory Lanez and Davido. This Friday, they’re here to release the entire body of work. The short project comes in at eighteen minutes with five new tracks to add on to their “2 A.M.” single. Check out the full project above and let us know what you think.
