It’s a day after Draft Day. Which means that fans can spend the day either gloating, not believing their luck. Like me. Justise Winslow though! Let’s go!
Or you’re like New York Knicks fans who just watched Phil Jackson trying to explain why in the hell he took Kristaps Porzingis, clearly a player that needs a year or two to get acclimated. But don’t worry Knicks fans, you’re not alone. Carmelo Anthony is in the same camp as you, he doesn’t like the moves made either.
Carmelo Anthony is upset with Phil Jackson’s decision to draft 19-year-old Kristaps Porzingis, telling a close friend “are we supposed to wait two or three years for this guy?”
A Knicks source claims that Anthony called Tim Hardaway Jr. after Hardaway was traded to Atlanta for the draft rights to Jerian Grant to express his displeasure with Jackson’s moves.
“He doesn’t understand it,” the source said.
Now. Carmelo, brother to brother. I know you screwed up, you could be in Chicago right now possibly with a ring. But you’re not, your on a New York Knicks team that is putting trust in Mr. 11 Phil Jackson, he will make some moves that you won’t agree with. With that said, every time he makes a move you don’t like, I don’t want to see tweets like this.
Interesting that Carmelo reportedly upset with Knicks’ rebuild. Big part of Bulls’ pitch was championship-ready roster.

Look. We all know that Melo screwed up, for once he is not making a reference to the Bulls, Mr Johnson, stop stirring.
