Agree that he’ll help someone. Hear Rockets, Spurs, Lakers, Pacers among those interested. No #Twolves, as of now. https://t.co/1n8KzfvwOo

Landry, 32, averaged 9.8 points and 4.1 rebounds in 36 appearances with the 76ers last season.
Philadelphia made the decision to waive Landry last week, making him an unrestricted free agent.
Landry is seeking more playing time next season, which is a reason why he wanted to leave Philadelphia, according to Derek Bodner of Philly Magazine.
Carl Landry wanted a chance to get playing time in a contract year, per source. Would have been buried in #sixers deep frontcourt rotation.

Indiana’s roster is noticeably crowded, with the team having a total of 15 guaranteed contracts right now. Still, the team has $4.6 million in cap space left if it wanted to strike free-agent deal.
For San Antonio, an addition of the veteran Carl Landry would be one of many vet add-ons the team has acquired over the years.
Houston would benefit from signing Landry, a 6’9″ forward still capable of providing valuable time off the bench, in their race to make the Playoffs this season.
And for the Lakers, they’re likely seeking another locker room voice to mentor its younger players. Landry could be asked to serve in that role alongside free-agent addition Luol Deng.
Landry has played for five different teams over his nine seasons.
