Cardi B has officially turned herself over to the New York Police Department. According to Billboard, the rapper, along with 8 members of her entourage are to face reckless endangerment charges.

Being the artist that is arguably having the best year in music among her peers, Cardi B’s skyrocket to the top has been great to witness. Earning multiple no. 1 singles and a successful album, it feels almost impossible to stop Cardi. Hitting a bump in the road, Cardi B may be facing some legal consequences stemming from allegedly ordering an attack on 2 bartenders over the Summer.
Occurring back in August, the assaults came in result of Cardi believing that June Jade and Baddie Gi had sex with Offset. Noting that Cardi did not physically assault them, the women believe that the “She Bad” rapper is responsible for ordering the attacks, which left both ladies with serious injuries.
Now, as charges have been filed, TMZ reports that Cardi B will be turning herself into the police today, October 1. Furthermore, the star will not be arrested but will receive a summons to appear in court at a later date.
