It turns out that we’ll be enjoying much more Fashion next May at Cannes Film Festival. If you haven’t been getting enough of the amazing red carpet looks and celeb photo bombs you can add amazing runway shows to the list. This Fashion Festival will be held at the Hôtel Majestic Barrière and will run from May 20 to May 22.
Giving the amount of interests there is in what all the celebrities are wearing on the Cannes Film Festival red carpet, I’d say this is the perfect move for Cannes. They’re promising us “an array of glittering runway shows and glamorous events to be attended by international designers, journalists, industry insiders and fashion forward consumers,” and they’re bound to deliver. Crossing my fingers that they’ll bring new fresh designers to the table who can show us something new and different in Fashion.
Cannes Film Festival taking on Cannes Fashion Festival is the best way to remind us how Film and Fashion can’t live without each other. If you enjoyed the red carpet, I’m sure you’ll enjoy this too.
