Talk about a throwback! Dipset label mates, Cam’ron and Juelz Santana join forces once again for a new track titled, “Oh Yeah”.
The exultant, sample-driven production from Trigga T drops a few weeks before Killa Cam gears up to head on the road for the annual Smoker’s Club tour.
“Oh Yeah” features a closing verse from Juelz Santana and Cam’ron makes reference to Birdman’s Breakfast Club interview. In true Killa Cam style, he also delivers a few tongue-twisting lines about his fashion sense (“Check my dresser / I’m the best dresser, who dress better? / Salad n*gga you dress lettuce…”).
The DipSet Duo have teamed up for several classic records and hits, including two Billboard Hot 100 top 5 hits in 2002, and dozens more that rap fans know by heart. If you think this new joint could potentially be reminiscent of their 2002 hit “Oh Boy,” you may just be onto something.
Cam says he’s working on more new music, specifically a new rap album with Bret “The Hitman” Hart, so fans should definitely keep an eye out.
