Cleveland Browns defensive end and first overall pick, Myles Garrett had been diagnosed with a high ankle sprain. The team has announced that his status will be updated in a few weeks but he could miss up to 6 week as reported by Ian Rapoport.

Myles was diagnosed with a lateral sprain in his foot earlier in camp and missed some practice time. While Garrett has been diagnosed with a high ankle sprain it isn’t on the same side as the foot he previously injured.
This hurts the Browns who open up their season Sunday against a load Pittsburgh offense. The team is set to re-visit his status in a few weeks.
