“Ding ding,” Apollo Creed said at the end of Rocky III as he and Rocky Balboa moved toward the center of the ring in what appeared to be an unofficial bout behind closed doors.
In the third film of the legendary boxing series, Creed returned to the Balboa universe and helped lead him to victory against Clubber Lang. In the third film of the Creed series, the opposite occurs. Anderson Dame, a childhood friend, returns to the life of Apollo’s son, Adonis, and things appear to turn ugly quickly.
As Creed III nears fight night, MGM has shared the third and final trailer for the highly-anticipated film. Over the course of two minutes and twenty-one seconds, viewers get an up-close look at the feud between the two men while frequently seeing flashbacks to a moment they’d both like to forget. Not to mention, there is a brief cameo from the one and only Stephen A. Smith on First Take.
