Mark Sanchez might not be the answer to the Denver Broncos offseason departure woes but John Elway isn’t afraid to take a shot. The Broncos team president is seeing players depart his franchise left and right after their win in Super Bowl 50 but now he’s halting the subtractions and making some additions.
Granted, Mark Sanchez hasn’t been the most ideal quarterback through the last few years of his NFL career but the Broncos have made things work with a aging quarterback who couldn’t throw further than 30 yards. As Sanchez approaches 30, the Broncos have made a move to bring in an average, healthy quarterback.

Getting a quarterback who has a 37-35 career record, an 86-84 touchdown-interception ratio and a 74.3 quarterback rating for his career might be worth taking a shot and average could win some games for the Broncos.
