The Denver Broncos post-Superbowl summer has been anything but ideal. Peyton Manning retired, Brock Osweiler left the Mile High city for the Houston Texans and now it appears one of their star defensive players could be very injured.
Starting cornerback Aqib Talib has reportedly been shot. The Pro Bowl defensive back was in the Dallas, Texas area. Reports say that Talib was one of three people shot after a fight in V Live, a Dallas night club, and that Talib is at Medical City Hospital but later discharged.

According to unverified reports, Talib was shot in the leg but no reliable source appears to have confirm it yet.
Talib was set to be at the White House tomorrow to meet the president in Washington D.C., a part of the open invitation tradition to champions of major sports leagues.
Talib, 30, has played the last two seasons with the Broncos and has been named to the Pro Bowl in each season spent in Denver. Talib, a nine year veteran, is a three-time Pro Bowler who has eight career interceptions.
We’ll have more information as it becomes available.
