It’s been an up and down summer for one of the fastest rising groups in all of music. Back in May, Brockhampton went through an emotional separation when original Brockhampton member, Ameer Vann was kicked out of the group due to allegations of sexually violent behavior. Since then, the group out of Texas has pushed the focus on to their music. This summer, Brockhampton has made waves with the release of singles like “1999 Wildfire”, “1998 Truman” and “1997 Diana”. Most recently, the collective dropped a video for their newest single, “J’ouvert”
Fans of the collective can now party and celebrate uncontrollably. Brockhampton has released their fourth studio album. The new project comes complete with fifteen tracks that were primarily recorded at the legendary Abbey Road Studios. While the project does not have any features, the album does contain audio from Cam’ron, samples from Beyonce and background vocals from Jaden Smith.
In addition to the album, the collective known as Brockhampton has released a documentary titled The Longest Summer In America. Fans can check the documentary in select theaters across the country. Not to mention, fans can enjoy this album and rest assured that Brockhampton is not done. The group revealed that this project is simply the first in their projected Best Years of Our Lives trilogy.
