Surprise Breaking Bad fans! A film is in the works and will reportedly start filming this fall. Now, don’t jump to conclusions. Bryan Cranston & Aaron Paul are not confirmed to play their beloved roles in a movie. But if ‘Better Call Saul’ any indicator as to how the Bad universe could be explored, then as a fan you are in good hands.
According to the Albuquerque Journal:
The long-speculated “Breaking Bad” feature film will begin filming in Albuquerque.
According to the New Mexico Film Office, the production, “Greenbrier,” will begin production in the Duke City mid-November through early February.
According to the logline, “Greenbrier” tracks the escape of a kidnapped man and his quest for freedom.
Vince Gilligan will most likely helm this project, but again no confirmations have been made. The secrecy around this project makes it hard to confirm anything but if this is a Breaking Bad movie it will all be worth it. It’s a TV show that’s quite often mentioned in the GOAT category of Television.
